When should I book my Christmas lights?
Earlier than most people expect. The weekends closest to Thanksgiving book out first, so most customers get on the calendar in September or early October. If you want your display lit before Thanksgiving, aim to book by mid-October.
Do I have to buy the lights myself?
No. Commercial-grade C9 LED lighting is provided as part of the service and custom-cut to your home. You are not buying bins of lights to store, untangle and replace — you are buying a display that appears, works all season, and disappears in January.
What is the difference between your lights and store-bought lights?
Two things: the bulbs and the fit. We use commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on professional-grade wire, which hold color and brightness far better than consumer strands. And because we cut every run to your exact roofline on site, the spacing stays even, peaks come to a clean point and corners turn square. Store-bought strands come in fixed lengths, which is why they always leave a gap or an overhang.
What colors can I choose?
Warm white, pure white, multicolor, red and white, green and white, red-green-and-white, blue and white, and vintage Christmas — plus any custom repeating pattern of those colors you want. Our gallery shows the same home in several options side by side so you can compare before deciding.
What if a section goes out in the middle of December?
Call us and we come fix it. In-season service is included with every installation. This is the single biggest reason people stop doing it themselves — when a DIY strand dies on December 18th, it stays dead.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. Removal after Christmas is included. We take down bulbs, clips, cords, stakes and timers, and leave the property the way we found it.
Where do the lights get stored?
With us. Your display is labeled, organized and stored through the off season, so nothing takes up room in your garage or attic. Next season it comes back out already cut to your house.
Do you work on two-story homes?
Yes. Two stories, steep pitches, peaks, dormers and tall entryways are normal work for us. Our crews are insured and equipped for it, which is exactly the part you should not be doing yourself.
Can you wrap trees?
Yes. We wrap trunks and branches on live oaks and other real yard trees at consistent spacing, and we can light canopies or hang bulbs. Tree lighting is usually what takes a display from good to memorable, because it fills the yard instead of just outlining the house.
Do you install wreaths and garland?
Yes — lit wreaths in 36″ and 60″, garland over entryways and columns, oversized bulbs, large hanging stars, and nativity displays.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes. We work with retail, restaurants, hotels, HOAs, churches, medical and professional offices, shopping centers and event venues, with fixed install and removal dates written into the proposal.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our crews are insured, and every ladder and roof on your property is our responsibility, not yours.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your home, how much of it you want lit, and whether you add trees, columns, walkways or decor. Every estimate is custom and written, and you get it before anything is ordered. Send us a photo of the front of your home and we can get you a number quickly.
Do returning customers pay less?
Yes. After the first year your display is already designed and cut to your house, so renewal pricing is lower than first-year installation pricing. Our goal is to make this an annual tradition you don't have to think about.
What areas do you serve?
Kerrville, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bandera, Ingram, Hunt, Center Point, Harper, Leon Springs, Spring Branch and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. If your town isn't listed, call us — we're adding service areas every season.
